On the premise of meeting the roughness requirements, coarse-grained grinding wheels should be selected as much as possible to ensure higher grinding efficiency. Generally, coarse-grained grinding wheels are used for rough grinding, while fine-grained grinding wheels are used for fine grinding. When the contact area between the grinding wheel and the workpiece is large, coarser grained grinding wheels should be selected.
      8. Strictly control the feed amount during the machining process of the machine tool. By observing the grinding of workpieces and the operation of equipment through methods such as listening, seeing, touching, and smelling, if any abnormalities are found, the workshop should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the section leader should promptly notify the maintenance team leader to report for repair. If there are on duty personnel in the maintenance team who do not carry out maintenance and do not give a response, the section leader should report to the workshop office, which will directly report to the production department for record keeping and the production department will handle the equipment department. It is strictly prohibited to leave the work position when the machine tool is in operation.
      9. After the grinding wheel is dull, it should be repaired in a timely manner and cannot be forcibly used to avoid safety accidents.
      10. According to the processing requirements, when grinding close to the size, the feed amount should be reduced and the grinding frequency should be increased, and the detection frequency should be increased to ensure processing accuracy and surface quality.
      11. According to the drawings and process requirements, the equipment department adjusts the equipment, pays attention to the product quality status at all times, and promptly reports any problems to the supervisor and relevant personnel.
      12. After the steel parts are processed, the dimensions can only be measured after the product cools down.
